Do you deliver flowers in Ulaanbaatar?
Yes. We deliver across Ulaanbaatar every day from 10:00 to 20:00 — usually within 2–3 hours of your order. Delivery is ₮15,000–20,000 in the city center (A district) and ₮20,000–25,000 in the B district.
Can I order a custom bouquet?
Absolutely. Share your idea, colors, and budget — our florists will design a one-of-a-kind arrangement. Please place custom orders 2–3 days in advance.
How far in advance should I book wedding flowers?
We accept wedding orders with advance booking — the earlier you contact us, the more time we have to plan ceremony arches, venue styling, and bridal bouquets in every detail.
Do you offer corporate and event decoration?
Yes — we create sophisticated arrangements for offices, hotels, restaurants, and events of every size, with weekly or monthly subscription options.
How can I place an order?

How can I pay, and can I change or cancel my order?
You can pay by bank transfer or by card. Orders can be changed or cancelled at any time before they go out for delivery.
Can I request a specific flower?
Yes. Confirm 2–3 days in advance so we can source the exact blooms.
Can I change colours after ordering?
Yes, any time before the order goes out for delivery.
Do you take wedding orders?
Yes. Please book in advance.
